Meet the Founders
Tim Keller and Ryan Crosby launched LEX in 2025 with a shared vision: to bring clarity and efficiency to the wetland mitigation market. With professional roots in real estate development, commercial finance, environmental banking, and digital technology, they saw firsthand how fragmented the current system can be — and how much better it could work.
